The service was very good. The food in our opinion was good, however the chili con carne sauce for the enchiladas were overly spiced with chili powder which made it difficult to eat. The sweet tea was made perfectly and had a good flavor, as well as the chips and salsa at the beginning of meal. It's nice to see that they have a full bar. We will try them again and choose other items.

Food is very good and full of flavor. First time in awhile to find a place who cooks a Ribeye to what was asked for. Ribeye was amazing. Tacos Cancun was amazing. Got a small margarita (you get your alcohols worth :) ) brisket rolls were good. Service was good. Had to take a video of the flaming Kathy’s brochetta someone else got They have a little bit of something for everyone which is nice it’s not just all 100 Mexican food. Steaks and burgers also. Thought it was a bit pricey on some the items But time and gas driving to the metroplex for the next best thing it works out.

Authentic good food. Atmosphere is nice. Not to loud. If you do have an adult beverage, it's not disappointing like so many other places. Lots of families dining. The meal is slow to arrive but worth the wait. Don't come if you are in a hurry for something to throw down and run. The food is definitely worth the time. My family has been 3 times now and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Update - New favorite server...Eric. I love that he makes everything so personable. Had a great evening with my wife despite it being very packed. Never felt like we were forgotten. Two different managers checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. What a fantastic place to dine.

I hardly write reviews for any one, but my visit on Saturday definitely merits a large shout-out. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, I was greeted by 6 - 7 different staff members just checking in, chips and salsa and black bean dip (AMAZING DIP), a manager or two. They heard it was my first time, so they brought me free Queso. The food is amazing. What a blessing to have a place so hospitable and FREAKING DELICIOUS in our rural part of Texas. Please never leave us.

Me and my husband arrived and were seated promptly. The staff were very friendly and passed our table often. I don’t remember music or tv playing, and the atmosphere seemed a little stagnant. However, the chips and salsa were very fresh! It was honestly one of my favorite salsas I have eaten in a while. The food arrived in good time, but the rice and beans were room temperature. Not a huge deal, they still tasted pretty good. The only thing is the cabbage on my fish tacos were so bitter I had to pick it out. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but I have never tasted cabbage that bitter. Also, the corn tortillas were super greasy. The fish was very hot and flavorful though! Overall, it’s a decent restaurant to stop at if you are looking for a bite to eat.

Today was my first time stopping at this restaurant, although I've passed by it before. The quality of the food was exceptional. We ordered street tacos and taco el rancheros, and both were incredibly delicious. Every dish had a burst of flavor. I particularly enjoyed the corn, peas, and carrots mixed into the rice. The margaritas were also quite enjoyable. This place in Collinsville is a hidden treasure that I will definitely revisit in the future. UPDATE..Been here 2 other times and its just amazing.....service is exceptional and food is amazing! A hidden gem and a spot to check out. Let me know your thoughts. Update...once again ....amazingly good!!!
